These are good any time of year for a quick, filling meal.
Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
1 1/2 Cups Ketchup
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
8 Buns
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients together in the crock pot. Set on low for 8-10 hours.
2. Serve on buns.
